• Renu offer quality repairs to all display ceramics including china and porcelain; both antique or modern are considered.
  
  We specialize in using up to date materials and equipment and offer an excellent environment for color matching. All pieces are assessed on an individual basis with an emphasis on preserving as much of the original material as possible. Items may be low fired or cold cured as necessary.
  
  Our porcelain and china restoration includes stabilizing objects to prevent further deterioration through to replacing missing parts and retouching by airbrushing or hand painting to create an invisible repair. For more information view our restoration FAQ.
  
  We offer free estimates, and accept items by post or by appointment. Whether the item material is porcelain or china, each restoration will be approached individually; from removing a discolored or poor previous repair, to dismantling, rebonding and aligning shards and filling of missing areas.

  If you cannot manage a personal visit, then send the item by post or photograph and email us. Please provide as much information as possible. We will give you a basic estimate, which may offer a number of repair options without obligation and free of charge.

  Shipping & Handling your Delicate Piece

  Wherever possible, please wrap each piece in white tissue paper. Do not use newspaper or colored paper as the print or dye may stain. Fragments may be gathered together in a cloth or soft paper and placed in a zip lock bag. Please place the piece in a trash bag. This protects the ithttp://htmledit.squarefree.com/index.htmlem from accidental staining or leakage from another package.
  
  Be sure to include your name, address, email address and telephone number.
  
  If return postage is required, we can ship it back but at the owners cost. You may make your own shipping arrangements through a courier if you so wish. Once the item has left the studio, no responsibility can be taken for breakages or loss so please ensure that the item(s) are adequately insured if you do your own arrangement. If we handle the shipping and packing of the item we will insure it as well.
